Hi my name is Tiffani and I am  a student at Stanislaus State University. I am in my senior year and am excited to see what's next for me. I have been majoring in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Communication. I hope to go into teaching after I graduate, while working towards my masters. This class has really opened my eyes to the diverse uses that technology has and how it facilitates communication with one another through different kinds of platforms

My name is Elijah Zapien and I am currently moving forward with my last Semester here at CSU Stanislaus with a major in Communication Studies in the Media. From the beginning, I was always so fond of the pen, and the ability to express my imagination and my world building prowess through creative writing. With adequate training and experience from my Communication Studies Major, my hope and aspirations are to use what was learned from Communications to put it into application with my side career as a freelance writer. With any dream, comes the financial implications of that dream. One doesn’t simply write as the primary foreground for any financial foundation. Writing as a career is hazardous and risky. I knew that I simply could not proceed into the field of creative writing without the financial sustenance and stability required for that dream to come to fruition. Hence, I decided Communications would not only enhance my creative expression through writing but would also help me to disseminate themes, motifs, and ideas that are so central in making a story so evocative to a particular audience. Before my time here at CSU Stan, I was profoundly drawn to technology and it’s limitless potential to enhance creativity. Little did I know that it’s relevance and application to real world scenarios in corporate and business affairs. Technology is reshaping the economy as well as the efficiency of how businesses are run. It is an intriguing concept which I believe could yield some interesting revelations that could help produce ideas that could help establish a sustainable balance between our use of technology and our self-reliance to manage our own affairs. 

My name is Austin Bathke, I am a Communication Studies Major in my final semester at CSU Stanislaus. Halfway through my journey in college, I decided that my passion for baseball was where I wanted to be for the rest of my life as I aspire to be a Major League Baseball play-by-play commentator. My time in Communication Studies has allowed me to understand how to speak to a mass of people from a public relations perspective. I enjoy being able to interact with people on a daily basis and would like to take that joy into what I love the most, baseball, and guide people with my voice on a daily basis.
